For the fifth consecutive year DTU has been present at the Hannover Messe in Germany, where a special exhibit gathers most of the fuel cell and hydrogen industry in Europe.
Besides being a chance to get the latest industry developments, the Hannover Messe 2015 was a great chance for DTU’s Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Test Center (FCH Test Center) to offer our competencies and expertise to the industry, and discuss future cooperation.
This year was no exception, and many companies expressed interest in working together.
"Within ceramic fuel cells and electrolysis, the companies are interested and know what we can offer, but also our knowledge on hydrogen storage and other technologies have their interest"
Center Manager Eva Ravn Nielsen, FCH Testcenter, DTU Energy
“Within ceramic fuel cells and electrolysis, the companies are interested and know what we can offer, but also our knowledge on hydrogen storage and other technologies have their interest”, says center manager Eva Ravn Nielsen, FCH Test Center.
“We have found new companies for possible future cooperation, talked with project partners and have also met a number of students interested in DTU Energy. Hannover Messe is a very efficient place for us to conduct many meetings in short time with present and potential business partners.”
Even as companies start to ramp up production and shipping units to customers, there is still plenty for universities to offer to companies, to make their products better, cheaper, more environmentally friendly and not least more reliable.
