50 DTU students from various departments at DTU Lyngby Campus dropped by as DTU Energy last Friday organized the departments the first student fair.
The students came to hear what DTU Energy offers of bachelor and master projects, and they did not go in vain. Researchers and professors from DTU Energy presented over 20 proposals for projects that students can join, and the projects caused great interest and created many good discussions.
"We were situated in two rooms on a slightly discrete location at building 101, so we see it as a very positive thing that so many DTU students still came by", says project coordinator at the event, researcher Heine Anton Hansen.
It was DTU Energy's first student fair, so the effect of the fair is still somewhat uncertain, but the number of guests, the interested questions and the good discussions between researchers and students bode well.
"We had a good experience that makes it easier next time, with higher visibility and more students. So I'm sure that there will be a next time", says Heine Anton Hansen.
