Two new professors gave inaugural lectures

Anke Hagen and Peter Holtappels has been appointed professors MSO at DTU Energy Conversion. They were congratulated by head of department Søren Linderoth, friends, families and colleagues.

DTU Energy Conversion was in December awarded three professorships.

Peter Vang Hendriksen was appointed professor MSA in high-temperature Solid State electrochemistry while his colleagues Anke Hagen and Peter Holtappels both was appointed professors with special responsibilities (MSO) within high temperature Solid State Electrochemistry.

The inaugural lectures of Anke Hagen and Peter Holtappels was delivered at DTU Lyngby, with Peter Holtappels lecturing on "Electro-catalysis for more efficient and cleaner energy technologies", followed by Anke Hagen with a lecture on "Solid Oxide Fuel Cells - A Powerful Option for Future Energy Systems".

The inaugural lectures were followed by a reception for the new professors.
